She is a co-founder of Huskshell and established the Building Performance and ESG Advisory function in Oman within Savills, as part of Savills Earth, Savills' global sustainability and ESG network.

Her work combines building diagnostics, valuation methodology, ESG frameworks, retrofit strategy and sustainable materials to help investors, developers and asset managers understand operational risk, capital exposure and long-term asset performance.

Antoine is an independent AI, data analysis and asset optimisation consultant. His work focuses on using AI and data analysis to support better decision-making around building performance, climate risk, operational efficiency and long-term asset value.

He co-founded Huskshell, a boutique sustainability advisory practice. At Huskshell, Antoine translates technical and environmental data into practical insights for investors, asset owners, lenders and decision-makers, with a focus on asset optimisation, ESG data, operational risk and value protection.

He is also the founder of Skarnode, a data intelligence platform analysing geopolitical, commodity and capital-market instability through large-scale multilingual information analysis.
