Oman is entering the execution phase of its sustainable construction vision. The recent workshop at the Environment Authority was a powerful demonstration that it’s a nationwide movement now shifting into action. The work to localize green building codes under the Roznah framework is exactly what we need: practical, adaptable, and built for Omani climate and culture. It’s an honor to support this shift across the sector with energy performance analysis, material sourcing, and design advisory.

To now see it aligning so closely with my own professional and personal goals is genuinely inspiring.

We offer:

  • Energy audits and building performance diagnostics (ASHRAE Level 2 & 3)
  • Full building assessments covering energy, indoor air quality, thermal comfort, compliance gaps, and net-zero pathways
  • Design-phase advisory on efficient, climate-responsive materials, green building specifications, and supply-chain oversight
  • ROI-driven retrofits and smart technology integration
  • Compliance reporting for green finance and Central Bank requirements
  • Certification strategies and pre-assessments for regional and international green building systems

Always happy to connect 😊
